Okay, it's not guitar, bass, or ukelele, but I do teach some piano as well, and I love playing piano, too. Debussy's Arabesque has been one of my favourite piano pieces to listen to. This video's visuals are especially cool, as the circles get higher when the melody rises (and get lower with the melody, as well).
Debussy's most popular piece is probably "Clair de Lune", which also has a video like this one (though lately I've been preferring "Arabesque").
